Ahhh... the picky eating stage. I know it's super frustrating! What I've learned is that they will like/hate something one week and then eat it the next. So just keep constantly offering it to them, even if they you end up throwing it away. My son HATED chicken for 2 weeks. But I kept offering him a little bit at every meal for 2 weeks. One day he just decided to try it again and he loves it now. Same goes with tomatoes, carrots and peas. Just keep offering veggies to your LO. I hear it takes something like 10 attempts/bites before they will eat a certain food item!

we ditched the purees a while ago, but now LO is very picky. She won't eat much of anything and hates veggies. How do I get her to eat more and not be so picky?

(she's 11 months)
