I think it helps that we only watch shows on PBS Kids which doesn't have commercials for toys, that I've seen. </p> <p>But she has asked for random things. And she has a wicked good memory. Like she asked for a bell for her scooter over 6 months ago. She's told me twice since that I forgot to get it for her. Oops. You want that!" and leave it at that. He has a short memory when it comes to things. Or sometimes I'll say "Ok great, let's remember that for your birthday next year." We have really been talking with her about how sometimes we don't get everything we want. But I've resorted to Santa only has so much room in his sleigh and that other kids need the toys too. She's only 3 so reasoning isn't always easy when it comes to "I want I want I want!" </p>
