Also, if you're nursing or pumping, baby should be protected by the antibodies coming thru your breastmilk. So just make sure you're as exposed to them as she is. DD was playing with another little girl's toy who was coughing up a lung, and DD put it in her mouth! For the rest of the weekend, insist on them washing their hands after blowing their noses, no kissing the baby's face or hands and explain that you're worried about LO getting sick. We're driving up to Ohio this weekend and will be spending time with them. Even worse, we're taking a car trip home with them and the baby in the car. I know they're going to want to hold and hug the baby. What do we do? Sick masks? Lots of washing hands and no breathing on the baby? The worst part is going to be cooped up in a car with them for 10 hours... :-( Suggestions on how to handle this? </p>
