We brushed morning and night. The dentist I saw said to use toothpaste. At first just a baby toothbrush with water (he never took to the finger brushes) and then using the infant toothpaste (no flouride, safe to swallow). I started off using the Earth's best toothpaste that came along with it, but got a pamphlet from my pediatrician that said I shouldn't use toothpaste until my LO learns to spit the toothpaste out.<br /> The pamphlet also said that I didn't have to take my LO to a baby dentist til she turns 2!<br /> I brush her teeth daily. We had been using just a small washcloth up until this point but now I am not sure. I know they sell the spiffies, finger tooth brushes, small regular toothbrushes, baby toothpaste that you can swallow, etc but what do you use? How often do you brush their teeth? </p>
