We started using formula to get her to take a bottle. Try lots of different bottles, find one that is like your boob. Try when she is sleepy. You need to be in a different room. A friend said that her husband laid her shirt on his chest so it smelled her her and that helped them. It is hard I know. We just went through it. We introduced with either DH or my mom feeding and me upstairs or completely out of the house. We did this for months (probably way longer than needed) every time DS got a bottle. Eventually it didn't matter if I gave it or not or which bottle was used (DH would get lazy and use the Medela instead of the bottles I preferred). We've had luck with the Tommee Tippee bottles and they're lowest flow nipples.
