&#60;p&#62;Also, a walk outside in nature helps me immensely!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, not to sound annoying, but making a list, even mental of things I am grateful for helps.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It depends what kind of funk!  Sometimes it is just a break or doing something new or eating ice cream or having one of my favorite beers.  In general I have to sleep, get out of the house, eat pretty healthy, get outside exercise etc, time to recharge if I need it....

<description>&#60;p&#62;I take some time for myself. I get my hair done or nails done or do something that makes me happy. Recharge a little. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also do a lot of pep talk inner dialogue-ing. &#34;Twist, you need to act like a grown up and get back on track!&#34;. Type stuff. Super cheesy but I find it can be really effective. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Sometimes I make a small, simple check list and do all the things so that I feel like I've accomplished something, which then, usually, motivates me to accomplish a bigger, harder task. &#60;/p&#62;
