Natural and fine for 12 mo and up. Also you could ask your pedi... In some cases mine has told me to give something like robitussin but in a smaller dose. I give my LO Zarbees when he is sick. It's an all-natural cough suppressant where the main ingredient is honey which soothes the throat. You can find it at Target or Walmart. I survived the infant period without a nose frida, but broke down and bought one a few months ago at 17 months for a bad cold. That thing is magic! </p> <p>Also, I would shut yourself in the bathroom with him and stuff a towel under the door. Run the shower to get it nice and steamy in there. I have the dehumidifier running with Vicks in his room but I don't know how else to help him. He doest have a fever but is very congested. I tried giving.him a hot beverage but he won't drink it. I gave him Oj for the vitamin c. He's 18 months. </p>
