Didn't change anything or check spam, and got a regular reply email again. So weird. But I'll do this! And it's useful to know in general. I feel so computer illiterate sometimes.

That's weird, my notifications have ALWAYS gone to my inbox and for the last few days they've gone to my spam! Thanks for this!

Thanks! I usually just send them back to my inbox when they get sent to spam. I didn't know I could filter like that.

Sometimes Gmail decides to send Hellobee email notifications into your spam/junk folder. If you drag the emails back into your inbox, that will often help future emails get delivered.

But there's another way to make sure that Hellobee emails are delivered to a Gmail address every time!

1. Search your Gmail for boards@hellobee.com. (Or just @hellobee.com, if you want to include Classifieds, Help and other notifications too.)

2. Click on any of the emails, and click on the pulldown in the upper right that says, "Filter Messages Like This".

[attach=1/15/nk3al1.600x450.Screen-Shot-2015-02-20-at-4.09.52-PM.png]

3. Click the link that says, "Create Filters with this search".

[attach=1/15/nk3al2.600x471.Screen-Shot-2015-02-20-at-4.10.08-PM.png]

4. Click the checkbox that says, "Never send to spam". Then click, CREATE FILTER.

[attach=1/15/nk3al3.600x492.Screen-Shot-2015-02-20-at-4.10.25-PM.png]

That's it! Once you've set that up, your boards notifications should always be delivered to your Gmail address no matter what.

If anyone on Yahoo, Hotmail, or AOL is aware of a similar feature on those sites, please let us know and we can document it here as well!
