I usually get her down in her stroller with some extra help from a white noise app on my iphone. The nap was much shorter than his normal nap, but it was a nice break. She naps at 9am. Suggestions on what i should do to help her nap? I have an office and plan on bringing white noise. Should i bring a mat or something for her to nap on? I have a feeling this is going to be a disaster... </p>
