Do your coworkers know that you are pregnant? Sometimes people are nicer if they know you are pregnant, sometimes they don't care.
When I had intense, stressful jobs I always made sure I got out of the office at lunch, even just to take a walk. It also helped that I could get "excuses" to leave the office - go to the post office or the bank (work-related). If things at your desk get too intense, go get a drink of water (and walk slowly to maximize your time away). Do you have a close friend who knows you well, can read when you need to step away for a few minutes, and cover for you?
Sorry I don't have a lot of advice since I am not working during my pregnancy. Hang in there!

That's a toughie. As difficult as it may be, try to extract yourself from any drama-filled situations, or at least do what you can to be non-reactive and diffuse the situation (as opposed to participating and possible escalating the situation). And as best you can, find a way to release your stress, whether it be through meditation, a quick brisk walk, listening to music for a few minutes, taking several long, deep breaths before responding to any situation, etc.

How do you guys try to stay calm during pregnancy? Not even necessaily the stress being pregnancy related? I am trying to not get upset by things or to just let things roll off my back because I know it isn't good for the baby, but I work in such a drama filled job. I wish I was able to quit but that isn't really an option. I have been trying to stay out of it but everyone always has attitudes and alot gets personal. How would you try and cope, I still have a long way to go!
