T started biting with his gums and I just winced through it, but I did this accidentally when T clamped down on me for the 100th time. If he was distracted or getting close to done nursing, he always would bite. I'd have to really pay attention and just pop him off before he bit me! Or not even try to nurse if he wasn't in a calm enough mood to latch without biting. It definitely took some practice to learn his cues so I knew when to stop a nursing session. But he eventually stopped doing it. My first LO attempted this maybe once so it was never an issue but LO2 has been doing it a few times a day for the past week, I could cry, it hurts SO bad. I feel like she does it when she doesn't really want to nurse/wants to do other things, or when she is overly upset she does it. Any tips are much appreciated! </p>
