It's so much work coming up with new questions though! I have experience as a nanny, and I think I'm pretty good with kids. I also worked in the school for awhile doing the before/after school programs - so I had kids from age 5-11 and I did well with them too. But any older than that, I have no experience with and things are awkward for sure.
