I told a few close friends earlier than 12 weeks. My principal announced my pregnancy during a faculty meeting at 12.5 weeks.</p> <p>ETA - my principal and AP also knew about my miscarriage less than two weeks ago. Ill be 13wks. Then after I've been in to see him ill take my scan pics and show them to my closest friends at work, then the others ill just let them find out. He wanted to make an announcement to the whole staff (a school) which I wasn't very comfortable with so I asked him to wait. I work in a very close-knit, flexible place and I know everyone is going to be supportive, but I'm not sure how to break the news. I will obviously tell my boss in private and then tell my co-workers, but thats all I got right now. </p> <p>I was actually planning on waiting until 12 weeks to tell them (I'm 8 weeks), but I've had bad morning sickness and people are starting to get suspicious. </p>
