<description>&#60;p&#62;This is hopefully a silly question that someone can explain to me in a few words.  I bought the radio flyer classic walker wagon second hand and it is already put together, but the wheels are not tight enough to be a beginner walker.   i was under the impression that the wheels can be tightened so there is a bit of a brake system. but myself or my DH cannot figure out what to do.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;any help?  i really hope there are no parts missing   :(
