I ended up pinning him down 2-3 times a day and doing a warm compress and then washing it with a soapy rag at bathtub with babywash. Eye is swollen underneath and reddish. For myself I would do a hot compress, but not sure he is going to cooperate with that one (he just turned 2 yo). Any other ideas? </p>
