<description>&#60;p&#62;Horseradish, wasabi, hot mustard. Those are all things my mom would always say clear your sinuses.  Not sure if a child would tolerate that though.  Breathing over a bowl of hot water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil and a towel over your head helps a little.  If I'm really feeling bad though, taking a decongestant is the only real way to feel better.  Staying hydrated will also help thin the mucous.

&#60;p&#62;I had him sit up and also did the hot shower steam thing.  He seems better but thought I'd ask if anyone has any other ideas?
