I usually took on a big course load plus was on the CC and track teams (which meant we ran 70 miles a week and traveled a lot) and involved in other random things. So I pretty much pushed my body physically to the limit on very little sleep and then occasionally drank my ass off. I met some really amazing and interesting people but I was always bouncing from activity to activity so I didn't feel like I became bffs like some people did. I got into my dream school, and really felt a solid sense of pride attending. Against all odds (I was not the 'type') I joined a sorority and lived in the house until I graduated. I also met my husband in college, but I met him the summer after my freshman year and it was his last semester. I didn't make many friends since I have lived in this town my entire life and didn't feel the need to be social.
