We got more than 8 inches of rain this weekend, so we were mostly stuck inside. At least our house didn't flood like most of the ones in our area. Poor DD was so stir crazy, she was literally banging on the doors and crying trying to get outside. My husband and I rented a beach house on the Oregon coast with 7 of our best friends. On Saturday DH, FIL and BILs started construction on our back patio cover. Sunday we had church, lunch out and a graduation party. This morning we went out to breakfast with my parents, siblings and his dad. We ate out a little too much (so much for saving cash), and I napped multiple hours each day. Then he took them to the park on Sunday morning so I could get some things done. We visited 3 different playgrounds, hung out in our backyard, and kept it pretty mellow. It was nice and chill.</p> <p>How was yours? </p>
