@Foodnerd81: thank you, I'm eating and staying super hydrated. Glad you had a great night. I'll live vicariously through the amazing sleep durations of others.

@MsLipGloss: I'm not at the point of losing my mind...yet.

Horrific. Two teeth are pushing through at the same time. She woke up around 9 screaming bloody murder and couldn't fall back asleep. She got up for good around 4:15, at 5:15 DH took her and let her sleep on his chest so that I could get 45 minutes of sleep. We've been wanting to do CIO the past 2 weekends but her teething has put a halt on that. Never thought I'd say that I can't wait for her to CIO!!!!

Surprisingly good. We attempted to sleep train A (10 mo) last weekend, and it seems to be sticking. Down at 8:15, about 2 min of fussing, out. Woke at 11, fussed for a minute, back to sleep. Didn't wake up by the time I left for work at 8am. DH works from home and takes her to day care, so he lets her sleep until she wakes up. She's been sleeping a crazy amount lately (8:30pm-10:40am yesterday!), so I assume she's got some crazy growth spurt going on. I'm not going to fight it. After weeks of multiple night time wake ups and the occasional 3am scream fest, I'm just incredibly grateful right now.

@MsLipGloss: I know! I feel like it is a warning the whole week is going to be crap. She doesn't nap enough at day care, so 3 hours less at night onto of an hour and half less naps then she gets on the weekend, not good.

@Smurfette: *augh* Starting the week out with a sleep deficit is so hard! And I hate it when LO comes up really short on sleep, especially when I know that she only gets one nap at daycare (although sometimes I know her teachers let her catch cat naps here and there too). I hope her teacher is able to get her to nap before the day is in full swing. :(

@MsLipGloss: I am exhausted. I didn't get much sleep on my weekend away and had trouble falling asleep, so the 315 wake up call is so brutal. I just hope she gets some sleep today. She got 3 hours less then normal. She fell asleep for 10-15 mins on the way to day care. but woke up as soon as we got in the building. Her teacher was going to rock her and see if she could get her back asleep.

Not too bad! She was really exhausted last night so we put her to bed at 6.30pm. She woke at 11.30pm and 11.45pm but went back to sleep as soon as I popped her dummy back in both times. Then she woke at 1.30am and I fed her. Then she went through until 6.45am, when she was woken by DH's alarm. I settled her back to sleep - then she woke up at 7.30am when DH left for work (and slammed the front door). I settled her back down and she slept for another hour, waking happily at 8.30am.

Some good, some bad. P woke at 10:30 (before I'd had a chance to fall asleep). It was very out of character for her. Then she did two 3-hr stretches (yea). Now she's been waking after an hour (not too strange for her to do in the early morning. The real bad part is I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP (since 5 AM)! WTF!?!? I am going to be so sleepy today...

Great! (You saw my update). I wish every night was like last night and in trying to figure out what we did differently. The only thin I can think of is that I ate a lot! Slept for 9 solid hours, wake up and ate and went right back to sleep for another two, just woke up for the day at 7:30. I could try nursing her back to sleep in our bed but I am not going to push my luck :). Plus my left boob I rather engorged since I only gave her the left during the night!

@sweetooth: I had forgotten about the insane cluster feeding at night in those early days. C would pretty much be eating from 5-9. It'll get better. In the meantime just keep eating and drinking enough.

Surprisingly nice. She did wake up, but it wasn't every 3 hours like the night before. She did cry and we ended up putting her in bed with us, but she fell back to sleep right away. She slept sooo long. No complaints since I'm been a zombie the last few days (weeks?) I got used to it.
