I left work early on Friday and we went out and met with the realtor of the house we're building (holy balls...), then went to a winter parade at night. I drove up to OK to visit my family since my brother was graduating from college. At dinner that evening, we announced our pregnancy to the family. And lo was actually very social and played with another little boy which is rare. We made a special trip in the slush (it got warm again) just to take pictures with the mall Santa and he wasn't there :( Turned out he was only there at "Christmas Town" on Dec 1 &amp;2! I would have rather stayed home and rested if I had known. But we did get to do a little grocery shopping, so it didn't turn out so bad (but going to the closer mall would have been 10x more convenient)! Oh well. I spent both days Christmas shopping for my husband's family. I also bought Nicholas a ton of clothes from Old Navy for next year. We ate out a lot too bc we have all these restaurant deals that we need to use up bc we won't be around when they expire.
