Unpredictable and a lot pickier than when she had just turned 1! Some days are good, others are not. Sometimes chicken is yucky, other times she eats it fine.

If it were up to her, every meal would be pancakes/bread, cheese, and blueberries. She loooves carbs.

I heard somewhere to think about how much a toddler eats over the course of a week instead of a day and that makes me feel better that the pickier days average out, I hope!

He's hit and miss, some days good, some days hardly anything. He usually has at least one good meal a day, and that's what our pediatrician said may happen. Lately we are battling the dreaded 2 year molars- whoopee! At least we are done with the canines (silently bows my head in prayer and crosses myself) ;)

So far (knock on wood!!!!) she is still a super good eater and loves everything. Lately, she has begun to eat fruit first and just wants more fruit and not eat as much other items, so I now only give her fruit after finishing some of her other stuff. She is still an adventurous eater and yesterday at daycare she asked for 3 servings of lunch!! :o

She doesn't drink any milk, but she does eat cheese and yogurt every day and will *always* eat them, no matter what.

In terms of volume, he eats an ok amount. Breakfast is always an easy meal for us that he never refuses or makes a fuss about. Eating a variety of proteins and vegetables is another story...and dinners often cause grey hairs in our house. He's always been selective though, even in the purée days, so I could never brag about his eating habits.

He's pretty good with fruits, veggies, and most meats. Lately, he hasn't liked my dishes: two chilis and pulled chicken.

Very lucky to have a good eater. He will occasionally go through phases but usually returns back to his usual self within a few days. If he says no to trying food, we remind him of a Daniel Tiger segment -- "We gotta try new food cause it might taste good. A little bit of this and a little bit of that." Works every time.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: That sounds so stressfull! My son is a picky eater so there are times when I literally have to give him 10 choices before he chooses one. Some days I just give up and let him go to bed hungry. But then he wakes up in the middle of the night and wants to eat! But he's MUCH better now than he was when he was younger. So hopefully this is just a short phase for you!

Very well. But i think it's because she doesn't drink milk.

Yesterday she had 1/2 cup of smoothie + 2 oatmeal pancakes for breakfast. I have to mix it up though...she normally doesn't like the same thing two days in a row. :(

Terribly.

She literally eats nothing. She will eat MAYBE a bite of her breakfast, a bite or two of an apple or maybe ONE raspberry for a snack, zero lunch, and barely any dinner. She says "no, no, no" to every single thing we offer her. When we ask her if she is hungry, she screams "NO! NO!"

She is tiny and I think I am getting an ulcer. She weighs 21 pounds. I have no idea how to get her to eat.

Luckily, she is still nursing and drinks whole milk.

Terribly! Ugh. He is picky and refuses to try new things. Tonight is an awful night for it too.

She used to eat SO well! But lately, she has decided that she doesn't need to eat. I swear she'll eat two bites, say she's done, and not ask for anything else until the next meal/snack time. It's driving us crazy! She looks skinny to us, but I she was considered "normal" at her last check up a month ago.
