<description>&#60;p&#62;@MrsH:  That's a great idea. Totally sparked an idea: cashew cream (like sour cream) + veggie cream cheese + taco seasoning and a bit of hot sauce. It'll be thick enough and not have a super strong taste like the mayo would.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I want to make taco pizza pinwheels for dinner. We've done this a ton as pizza style (make a pizza, roll it up, cut, cook as little individual rolls. I'm stuck on what &#34;sauce&#34; to use. I was thinking mayo + taco seasoning, but I wasn't sure how that would do in the oven. Enchiladas sauce could be an option too I guess, but it's so thin. Any ideas?
