@LovelyPlum: oh that's great! Your LO is doing fantastic!

We are okay. DH's back is getting better so he is a lot happier. We made some new friends that were friends with my dad and have LOs DD's age. I went to the dentist after... 10? 20? years (!) and have no cavities! (Gotta count my blessings!)

@LovelyPlum: Aww... I really miss those moments! I loved watching my boys figure things out at that age.

Life is CRAZY with me all the time now that my husband is constantly travelling. We just got back today from a 3.5 day trip down to the southern part of the island (1.5 hours by high speed rail or 4-5 hours by car) today. My husband had to be there for work Mon and Tues so he told us to tag along. I bet he regrets it completely now after how it went. LOL! Lots of whining and crying and whining and crying from BOTH of my boys. Did I mention the whining and crying? It was mostly due to the sudden changes like their father having to go to work or popping in when he was on a short break and having to leave again so soon for the night. Or put us in a cab on our way home and had to quickly go back to work, leaving my oldest crying, again. I feel like even if we were on a little "vacation" but it was not a vacation for me at all. I need a vacation from this! LOL! Oh, and I forgot to mention that my youngest threw a 1 hour tantrum after we got home because he was just so tired but wanted to play LEGO with his big brother who didn't nap. I wrestled his clothes off and changed him into more comfortable clothes and as soon as I put on his sleep sack on he calmed down. I now call it the miracle sleep sack! He did a total 180 instantly! He agreed to nap right there and then. He was clearly tired but his brain didn't want to go to sleep. Can we say overstimulated? ;)

@LovelyPlum: sounds like lots of fun! I am glad to read this happy update! :) T is a pretty cautious baby so no crazy stunts yet! He is sitting up for long periods of time and absolutely loves Chrsitmas trees with lights so we are having fun looking at them everywhere we go.

Awww G!! R is starting to pull up on things like crazy, but mostly on me-- mama apparently makes the best climbing structure ;) and she's had a cold recently so when she climbs on me, she leaves little snot trails all over my clothes lol. her other new thing is that she's added a consonant sound to her babbling, so now it's "baa ba ba ba ba" alllll the time. And last night she tried to stand in the bath for the first time!

So life is good :) how is your reading going?

@LovelyPlum: That sounds adorable! My almost 9 month old girl is also really into blowing bubbles. She have been aggressively blowing raspberries for a while and we love it.

Life is pretty good lately. All 4 of us are getting over a cold, I felt like the nose freida was permanently attached to my mouth between the two of them. But the kids are finally sleeping without waking up to cough and then cry. The holidays are so magical through their eyes so its been fun watching them be amazed.

@LovelyPlum: Oh man, Alice and Ginny would get in so much trouble together! She's pulling some of these stunts too. Luckily Blake is only crawling - no pulling up yet!

We're being terrorized by a bad cold over here. Sooo ready for my kiddos to be healthy again. In the meantime, sleep's crazy, eating's crazy, and in between we're just trying to have fun.

@LovelyPlum: I feel like you announced your pregnancy yesterday. 8 months?! How is that possible?!

I was blinded by pissed-offness today, but coming home to DH and the kid always makes it better. So life is good. :)

@LovelyPlum: Oh that sounds so cute! You're in for it when she realises she can lift her feet!

Things are crazy around here! We just got back from an amazing trip to Hawaii/Disneyland two days ago and we are moving tomorrow. There's family and work stuff going on as well and oh we just started TTC #2. Man I need a holiday! Haha

I've been on a bit of a media break of late, but tonight, I'm missing my bees. So hi everybody :) Hope December is treating you well. Any new and interesting news to share?

I'll go: LO will be 8 months tomorrow, and girlfriend has decided that since she's got the crawling thing mastered, she'd like to work on cruising. No, correction, she really wants to work on climbing, but she hasn't figured out that she can lift her feet yet. So for now, she's satisfied with standing on whatever she can, only using one hand for balance, and learning how to get down from standing, the bed, and whoever she happens to be sitting on at the moment. Oh, and pulling her little tree on top of her head and learning to blow bubbles in the bathtub. I'm telling you, this kid is Trouble with a capital T. ;)
