I usually start lo out in a basic outfit that I can layer if needed, and I will just quickly change. I am almost always cold In the house so if I don't look at the temp outside I'm often overdressed. Weather will be hot and depending on the season an umbrella is always a must. Well its been cold and I keep forgetting to not channel surf during the weather report. </p>
