But I emailed the director and she said that she cried for less then a minute and has been happy all day, so far. </p> <p>but we found out the county messed up and we owe $8K in back taxes for our condo that we are renting out. So we are out $300 a month for the next 36 months. I am PISSED!! I mean why didn't the mortgage company let us know.
