<description>&#60;p&#62;I used to bike or jog home from work every day (10km) in spring/summer and run on the treadmill throughout the winter at a gym.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;After having baby (18 weeks old) I do nothing! Really hoping once it warms up I can get a jogging stroller and go out with her during the day. She's not very happy being left with anyone other than me and right now she doesn't really nap consistently.....

<description>&#60;p&#62;I change it around a lot. I had previously been going to the gym at 6am and either taking a Bodypump or spin class, or I would do HIIT sprints on the treadmill. Right now I just started T25 which I do in the morning, it's nice so I don't have to get in my car in 8 degree, icy weather :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;i either get up before hubs and go to the gym (class usually from 6-7) and then help get LO out the door before we both go to work or I workout at home (dvd/bike trainer) in the evenings after LO goes to bed (between 7-730) on nights when Hubs has class. It's tough especially on nights when i have stuff to do or when hubs gets home late from his MBA classes but i really try to work out 3-5 days per week.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm 27 weeks pregnant and have a 16 month old. I usually do yoga 7 days a week. on the weekends it's only like 10 to 15 minutes, and usually pretty gentle. The other days of the week it just depends on how I'm feeling. I also do barre 2 to 3 times a week. Barre always happens during a nap but sometimes I don't want to wait for LO's nap and I'll do yoga while she says &#34;yoga? yoga? Ahhh&#34; 57 times and tries to climb me lol so I do love doing it while she is awake but sometimes that's the best time for me. I'm too tired after she goes to bed. We used to go on morning runs together but that creates a lot of pain in my abdomen for me this pregnancy, even walks are iffy, plus it's cold so we don't really do that anymore.

This only works because I'm a teacher and can leave around 4. Mind you, I'm also carting home an overflowing bag of grading and planning to do every night once he's asleep, but at least its helping get my butt to the gym.
