I think all we had to pay was the copay. If we had to pay out of pocket I think the cost would have been close to the same as what you were quoted. For those who had this done, did you have to pay out of pocket or did insurance cover it? I contacted my insurance company and they said they cover fertility testing and that's it. Is HSG consider a test (even though it's an xray)? The receptionist said that if I have to pay out of pocket it's $1500 - yikes! </p>
