Because of a blunder that happened when he was young (went through a red light, got pulled over, the guy he was with had drugs and he didn't know but it was his car so...) the head manager decided that his application would not get approved and never sent it to head office.</p> <p>About two weeks ago the service manager called him and asked him to come in and meet the head manager. He met with him and decided that even though he had the blunder he was going to send off his application. We just got word yesterday that head office approved him, and he'll be starting Monday morning!</p> <p>It's awesome because his previous job was seasonal, without benefits. This job he'll be getting a dollar more per hour and medical/some dental will kick in around 3 months.</p> <p>I'm really proud of him, and there's room for advancement. It's so exciting to see him moving up in the world. He finally has the career he wanted! And just in time for the littlest one to arrive. </p>
