It's what makes them so absorbent. I took all the boxes of huggies back to the store. So many people use huggies I was so disappointed by them. The only thing I can think is it's something from the liner of the diaper?</p> <p>Have you noticed this? Is it normal? </p> <p>FWIW they're huggies little movers. I dunno if that makes a difference. </p>
