We tried Luvs and Pampers at one point and didn't like them. While I was home, we tried the Target brand and I liked them but they wont ship to an APO.</p> <p>So, what's the difference here? Our commissary doesn't carry any bulk packs of the Little Movers and they're like $16 for a pack of 40. The Snug and Dry are cheaper and I can get them in bulk.</p> <p>My question: What the heck is the difference? </p>
