They lasted my exactly one winter season. Got a hole. I got my hunters the next year. I like them but it's not swoon love. They are the best at NYC curbs when there is literally a 12 inch deep slush puddle and you can't walk around. But they aren't the most comfortable for trekking a long way, which I do often so I find they get relegated to the back of my closet unless it is a super downpour day or deep slush everywhere. I did put a pair of orthotics in them. But I bought them half a size too big thinking I would wear thick socks with them, but I always found them too big (so my fault, not the boots). I ended up buying a pair of Aigle rain boots in my size and they are fine. A lace up shorter navy blue, the short reds, the short blacks with a buckle I got at the anniversary sale years ago and and a short pair of medium blue packables. I got most of them on sale or reduced. I'm 5'4" and have a really long torso and short legs so the talls hit my kneecap. I live in a climate where it rains 8 months of the year and rarely snows so they are a must for me.
