You guys are all so low maintenance... I make Wagon Sr. go out for runs even when I'm NOT pregnant. Poor guy. Lucky for him everything is within a 2 min drive!

Once in the first trimester I wanted pie, any kind of pie, so he ran to get me some...by the time he got home the craving had passed. I did eat a piece the next day though! ha

DH has made two requested runs, both in the first trimester . . . the first for ice cream (and apple pie), and the second for extra strength Tylenol. I am 25 weeks now, and haven't asked him to make any other runs. He was a total sweetheart about making those 2.

When I had the worst of the nausea he would offer to get things for me and would go out with me so I could eat something I really wanted. Now though he's only had to get Jamba Juice and a popsicle for me which are a few feet from our front door, so no big sacrifices there.

One time I wanted to eat a specific noodle dish at a restaurant nearby but this one time he insisted on saving money by eating at home, so I tried to make the dish at home and it was not great. I felt so miserable (sick and unsatisfied) while I was eating it that I think he learned his lesson.

My DH went out way more than he needed to. His dad always talked about how crazy his mom was when pregnant, so he was scared I'd be like that and did everything to prevent it.

Usually it was peanut butter milk shakes, but once he went to 4 places to find beef salami.

Wow! He sounds awesome! My DH has selective hearing and would probably pitch a fit if I specifically asked him to go out!

One day I just had to have a chicken sandwich from Wendy's. Pretty random... and not very healthy either!

Haha. I didn't send DH out at all with #1, but I've already sent him out a few times with #2. :D
Werther's Originals, Jolly ranchers, sushi, ginger ale, pizza, chipotle, .. the list goes on!

I'm sure we've all heard of the cravings where you just can't wait to eat something rightnow. Have you asked your husband to go out to get you anything during your pregnancy?

My husband went out once early in the second trimester for an egg sandwich. He's out right now to get me some Gatorade. He actually offered to get that when I said, "I wish I had some Gatorade..." not even meaning anything by it! :)
