Thanks for the info. I'm hoping to start up with Hybrids because I am hoping I can just have a few shells (of course I'm sure I'll buy more cute ones if they are on sale and we like them) and then just have a ton of prefold liners.

@brownie: Thanks! The Grovia facebook page DOES have a ton of info! I just ordered 2 Grovia shells and 3 Best Bottom shells! I'm way too excited about diapers, lol...

We use the grovia hybrids. We have 20 grovia inserts (10 bought used) which go to daycare for her to use. We have about 20 prefolds/other inserts that we use at home. We have about 16 shells because they are just too darned cute. I have to get new shells as they come out. Though I find myself reaching for specific ones (planes, surf, cloud). Grovia has some really good numbers on their website/facebook page.

Does anyone use a hybrid cloth diaper system? It seems really great to me! I especially like the best bottoms covers (I got to check them out at a "diaper party" I went to) - their double gussets are GREAT and they are soft but still feel really durable! http://www.kellyscloset.com/Best-Bottom_c_921.html

If you use these, how many covers do you have? I'm assuming you would need as many covers/inserts as if you were doing pre-folds with covers, but I'm not 100% sure. I asked the host of the Diaper Party I went to, but she was pretty clueless, lol. I knew more about cloth diapers than she did, mainly from here/Weddingbee! She just sold them to help fund her addiction of buying additional diapers, lol.

Any info/advice would be useful!
