I was really into it at first, but the battery has died twice now even though I use the lower power settings (fewer glow notifications, etc.). I haven't replaced it in a while so I'm just using it as a regular water bottle at the moment. I justified the pricey purchase in two ways: (1) I'd been using the same cheapo bottle every work day for the better part of a decade so I figured I'd get my money's worth out of this one too, and (2) my first pregnancy ended in a early induction possibly due to dehydration so I wanted an incentive to keep up with water intake during this pregnancy (can't say I'm doing that in practice though with the dead battery :sad: ).</p> <p>ETA: It does work as advertised when I have batteries in it! Plus, you really need to have it near you all the time to catch the visual reminder to drink more. Can you try just setting an alarm on your smartphone to remind you to drink.
