That sounds like normal three year old behavior to me. How much exercise and time outdoors does she get in a day? My 4 year old really needs several hours of time spent running around outdoors in a day before she's ready to be calm and sit down.

She's non stop on the go all day. She does nap still for me thankfully. Can't sit still and eat any meals. Has hard time listening and following through with what we tell her isn't allowed -( like yelling, jumping on furniture, walking away from me in stores etc.) She won't really sit through any kids shows or movies (not complaining about that one!) Jumps runs everywhere! Basically no 'down time' unless exhausted. Won't sit still long enough for much coloring or hands on activities. Even reading before bed is sometimes hard to get her to chill out and wind down

Our oldest lo is 3 and a half and already displays many traits of ADHD. Question is what's normal 3 year old hyperness and what's book hyperactivity? My SO and I are exhausted by the weekend's end and as a SAHM with 3 total including the new addition here (3 week old) my nerves have become short circuit lately, which is bumming me out and giving me the I-feel-like-a-bad-mommy blues.
