How much exercise and time outdoors does she get in a day? She does nap still for me thankfully. Can't sit still and eat any meals. Has hard time listening and following through with what we tell her isn't allowed -( like yelling, jumping on furniture, walking away from me in stores etc.) She won't really sit through any kids shows or movies (not complaining about that one!) Jumps runs everywhere! Basically no 'down time' unless exhausted. Won't sit still long enough for much coloring or hands on activities. Question is what's normal 3 year old hyperness and what's book hyperactivity? My SO and I are exhausted by the weekend's end and as a SAHM with 3 total including the new addition here (3 week old) my nerves have become short circuit lately, which is bumming me out and giving me the I-feel-like-a-bad-mommy blues. </p>
