I can relate, my son is 18 months and some nights, he wakes up three or four times. Last night he only woke up once, but he hasn't slept through more than 10 times since he was 6 months old and we stopped swaddling.

Some babies sleep a lot, some don't. There's no rhyme or reason and there is def. not a one size fits all solution. I wish there were though, that's for sure.

Please don't throw a shoe because my situation is nothing compared to yours, but LO is just about 3 months and she's starting to go through a sleep regression too, I think. She was sleeping all the way through the night, 6:30pm-6:30am and now she's up 1-2x again and wanting to eat. She wants to eat like every 2 hours now too. I just figured it was the 3 month growth spurt. I do all of the night feedings in our house because DH gets up at 5am to go to work.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. :( I really hope he gives you a break soon.

I didn't post about this earlier because I figured his sleep regression was a phase that would end within a few weeks...

This last month has put me through the ringer! Cobi went though a sleep regression RIGHT when he hit 3 months. He is 4 months old tomorrow.

He was doing great, only getting up 1-2x night to eat, going to bed between 7-8pm and sleeping until 8-9am. I was well-rested and happy. hit 3 months and all of a sudden he's up 5-7x a night, eating every 1.5 hrs. If I tried to "skip" a feeding, he would just cry and cry until he got the breast! Up until this point, we'd had him sleeping with us and I figured maybe since he knew that milk was available, he was waking more. Switching him to his bed was easy, but he still got up 4x a night. If we put him down at 7:30, he's up at 8:30. Then 11, then 1, then 3, then 5, then 6, 7 and 8.

I am exhausted and honestly starting to lose my patience a little. I don't enjoy this bedtime/nighttime routine of his at all. I am so tired and cranky. Both my husband and I are losing sleep.

I'm especially upset tonight because DH leaves for NY tomorrow morning, so I'll be doing two nights by myself without his help.

I'm not really looking for advice (unless you have some really good advice!) because I've read so much/tried so much. But moreso just someone to sympathize - anyone else have babies that literally sleep like babies?!?!
