Doing checks made her so upset and built some major anxiety. So we decided to do extinction. She cried for 3.5 hours NONSTOP!!! We tried again and the same thing happened....and I just can't keep letting her cry that much. It's just a matter of me willing to let go and allowing LO to be away from me for that long. I just got over a two week migraine where my mom would take her in the morning and bring her back at nap time, then DH would come home about an hour after her nap and spend the evening with her and I didn't get to see her all day. It was awful, I hated it, and I couldn't imagine going without seeing her for so long throughout my whole pregnancy. </p> <p>I'm a SAHM so I spend literally every second with LO now, other then nap time, sleep time, and the occasional date night or an hour massage once a month. Lo is older, 18 months today, but I get such bad migraines when I'm pregnant that it would be impossible to chase around a tiny little toddler all day. They get so bad I cant lift my head off the couch for weeks. It does help when I do get a bad migraine because it scares the crap out of me to think of living like that for 6 months (3rd trimester was migraine free for me last time) ....... but I can't help it if I want to get pregnant. I keep getting "surprised" each month that I am not pregnant, but honestly, it's for the best.<br /> My LO is still waking up every single hour at nighttime (we are lucky to get a three-hour stretch) and so being pregnant right now would be horrible. I would be exhausted! But why on Earth do I still have baby fever? Am I delusional from sleep deprivation? </p>
