We had just had keys made to hide and give to the neighbor, but hadn't passed them out yet. Over $200 and a drilled doorknob later I finally got in. SO frustrating! Hubs works 1/2 an hour away and was on his way to come get me when the maintenance man showed me how to get in if the deadbolt isn't locked (it wasn't).
