Scabies happen in folds and track in lines up the arms and in waistbands and arm folds. Fleas typically manifest on lower legs and on bellies of crawling babies. Mosquito bites cluster in exposed areas. It's not dirt they like its hot blood and surfaces. Yuck. I've been getting bitten at night and one night I had three on my arm in a straight line. Gross. The others were my ankle and below my jaw. And LO has one bite on his cheek (he sleeps in a pnp at the foot of or bed). Efff!</p> <p>Btw all of my bites were like mosquito bites, but with a harder kind of point. Lo's is smaller. I know they can hide in the seams of fabric/mattresses but also outlets, or bedside items, etc. I would do a SUPER THOROUGH check on my own (not sure what else the orkin people will do) and if you find nothing, then maybe wait it out, adding a fan to her room if you can. According to our school nurse, there is always a pattern and its typically a straight line. I think those look too big.
