Sucks to be them having to go through life like that.</p> <p>ETA: actually, it would have been awesome to follow them out to their car and blatantly take a photo of the car and write down the license plate, telling them you would be filing a police report for invasion of privacy etc. Then of course I wouldn't follow up on it, but knowing they were sitting at home sweating bullets, waiting for a knock on their door, would have been satisfaction enough for me.
