<description>&#60;p&#62;I've been going to the gym about 2x a week now that I'm in my 7th month. I'd like to do at least 3, but I really feel it taking its toll on me when I work out harder. I guess carrying around the extra weight makes any workout harder? I also walk to work...it's a little less than a half mile.

&#60;p&#62;Pre-pregnancy I was working out everyday, I spent the spring/summer training for a triathlon so I was doing a lot of running, swimming and cycling and also going to CrossFit.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now that there is a baby in my belly I am trying to do yoga once a week, CrossFit once or twice a week and run, swim or cycle a couple times a week. It usually ends up being 3-4 days a week of exercise.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I definitely hope to ramp it back up post-baby! Maybe pick another triathlon to train for so I have a goal in mind.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Good for you!  I don't have a regular exercise routine, but I bike or walk almost everywhere I go.  It has made an enormous difference (lost about 20 lbs since the beginning of summer) without changing much else in terms of diet, etc.

&#60;p&#62;Pre-baby i worked out 7x a week, sometimes 2x a day. I mainly did running, spinning and yoga. I now go 2-3x a week, for yoga and dance. It may be a while before i can get back to running and spin!

&#60;p&#62;I work out every morning because it makes my day go smoother, makes me feel good, reduces my stress, and is great 'me' time. Also I find it easier to do it every day than say 3x/week because that way I'm in a habit and have the same routine every day. I don't do the same WORKOUT every day, but get up around the same time, follow the same commute, etc.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm so proud of us! DH and I just joined the gym!! We have our first session with a trainer, to design our programs, on Thursday evening. While planning our goals tonight, I was shocked by how much weight we both need to lose to be in the healthy range. 2.5 stone for me, 4 stone for DH. Ouch! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Eventually, I want to swim every morning before work and go the the gym  or a class every night - but we'll see how it goes!! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How often do you exercise? Pre-baby? Post baby? Do you enjoy it or is it a chore?
