I want pizza (and not like, half a piece minus the crust and only after eating a grilled chicken salad -- as many pieces as I want with THICK CRUST), a Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake, frozen yogurt from my favorite place, and a Jimmy John's sandwich with barbecue chips and a full-sugar Sprite!! Not all at once, though... maybe spread out over a few days ;) My biggest nightmare is that I'll still be diabetic after the baby comes, but my sugars have all been way under limit so I'm hoping that's not the case!!
