It was an accident and it happens. My dog jumped on DD's back the other day and she fell face first onto the tile. She cut her lip open and was bleeding on everything. I felt so bad for not catching her in time. I think though that sometimes babies need to know that cats can hurt them so they learn healthy boundaries in terms of how they treat the cat, such as don't pull their tail etc. So maybe it will help your LO with his relationship with your cat in the future... She got his leg, hand, and somehow his back. He cried for a few minutes; I cried a lot longer. The scratches aren't bad, but I feel like crap now. :sad: </p>
