I honestly can't say how but somehow LO managed to spill water out of this last weekend. I left her alone and came back and she had wet pants. I've never actually seen it leak and couldn't figure out what she did. It was less than $9 and it works great! You can remove all parts to wash them and it keeps drinks (or food) cold and hot for a very long time. It's probably too heavy for smaller hands but my 2 year old manages it quite well. </p> <p>It doesn't leak, it doesn't have liquid come out of the top of the straw and it's pretty crash resistant.
