I remember my OB saying that the hospital was already all booked up so I had to be on standby. This was only 1 week in advance though. I guess your hospital already has a lot of scheduled C-sections booked? Here's something odd though. I'm going to be on standby for that day. </p> <p>So basically I have to check into the hospital and wait until they have a spot for me. I'm not sure if they will make me check in the morning or the night before. Part of me doesn't want to get up that early so checking in the night before sounds okay to me.</p> <p>Anyone heard of being on standby for a C-section before? </p>
