I don't know if in her 11 weeks she has gone a single day without wearing at least a smidge of it because she has so much. :-) I also love how protective of LO DH is. Since we already had a boy of course having a girl second is "ideal" for most people, and lovely for me, but I totally panicked. My relationship with my mom wasn't the best growing up either, and I grew up with all boys so I never had to worry about attention-- I was always the only girl around. AND I didn't really know how to bond with girls since I was the only girl. But I am so, so, so in love with her... I can't believe she is MINE. I think that's the big difference between the two kids... I feel a lot more "ownership" over her than Wagon Jr., if that makes sense. I have a difficult relationship with my mom, and well, I don't want that with my LO. And now, at 6 months, I am so so so in love with her. It really hit me last weekend when we were playing in the mirror together . . . BabyGloss is *my* girl! She's almost 8 months old but I'm finally realizing... I have a little girl!!</p> <p>Pink is taking over our house and Wagon Jr. is thrilled-- his favorite color right now is "pank". Haha. </p> <p>Everything was so gender neutral and boy in my life until now. I'm finding it difficult to really shop for girly things because I suppressed that so much! We're going to a wedding this Saturday and I have her dress and little bolero sweater hanging in our kitchen... I can't believe it, it's so freaking cute... and I was just browsing a deal site and clicked on a dollhouse. For whatever reason, we never considered a dollhouse type toy for Wagon Jr., and now I can't wait to buy her one. I'll probably wait until she's 2 or 3. But I can't wait to buy her a real dollhouse!! </p>
