@Shantuck: yeah I actually just had my baby 8 months ago. My hormones are probably just super out of wack from having babies so close together. I found out mine is so so low. They are supposed to call me soon. I’ll probably hear from them next week. I’ll let you know what they say.

At 39, I had low testosterone levels last summer. I was TTC at the time and ended up getting pregnant (baby is now 4 weeks old) so I never really found a solution. I’m assuming once my pregnancy hormones took over everything normalized. I noticed some weight gain despite no change in eating/exercise habits, which made me suspect something hormonal was happening. I did read that testosterone levels can increase with certain types of exercise like weightlifting. I’ll be curious to see if others have solutions because I’m sure this will happen again once my hormones regulate postpartum.

I’ve been feeling really off and bad for a while. My mental health is finally better now I’m on a different medication. However I noticed there was some slight swelling on my lower neck. I’ve had my TSH and a bunch of blood work done. Everything looks fine. Only thing off was my total testosterone. Apparently it’s 7.1 and from what I’ve read it needs to be between 15-70. That may explain why I feel so crappy. I live in the US. Any other lady have this happen to them? Besides just meds care their any other ways to help with that in a women?
