I read the BBB return policy which said as long as it's sealed, they'll take stuff back without receipts. I decided I would rather the Freestyle since you don't need to be hooked to the electrical outlet. They totally took my In Style back! They gave me a credit for $318 after tax, then I used a 20% off coupon on the Freestyle (which is $400) and I paid about $20 in taxes on the difference. Eeeek! I'm feeling very criminal!</p> <p>Did my crime streak stop there? No. It continued...As I stared longingly at the beautifully assembled Uppa Baby Vista, and pictured mine in pieces and huge boxes in my dining room, I somehow got into a discussion with the Stroller Expert, who offered to put mine together (he was assuming I got it there...And I may or may not have insinuated that I did)...So I debated it, then drove the 5 mins to my house, grabbed my giant boxes of UBV mess, and brought it back to BBB where that blessed angel assembled it and taught me how to use it. I did try to tip hom $10 but he would not take it.</p> <p>I feel bad, but I was desperate to get it assembled and DH is gone another 3 weeks offshore.</p> <p>I am a little scared for my karma after all this dishonesty in one day!!!</p> <p>Have you ever scammed a store or engaged in deceitful retail activity? </p>
