At the end of 12 weeks they'll do another MRI, to determine whether they do surgery or not. They told him with the extent of damage they think it's definite surgery.</p> <p>His unit trained from February - June before they left last year, something happened to his shoulder during that time and they made him wait until the end of the deployment to get an MRI they just kept giving him steroid shots and pain killers. They sent him to Texas a week before the rest of his unit so they could diagnose him. He got the results about an hour ago. 2 cysts, a torn rotator cuff, and frayed tendons.</p> <p>They will most likely send him to a base 2.5 hours away from us for the entire time. That's about 4-6 more months away from us, which makes this 14 month deployment a 20+ one.</p> <p>I think I'm going to have a mental breakdown. These past few months have been the hardest yet, the girls don't listen and get into so much trouble, I'm constantly yelling. And then there's my thirteen year old, that's another story, but it's not good.</p> <p>Please pray that they'll let him do this at home, it's a small possibility </p>
