My boss actually asked if I would be willing to write several briefs from home over the next week while I'm still out on leave (and then get to expand my leave several days), and it feels GREAT to get back to work.</p> <p>I do secretly hope that my working from home now will set a precedent so I can work from home more in the future, but either way, I'm ready to get back into it! I also wish I could work part-time, but I have pretty good hours so I can't complain. I mean, if we had a million dollars I could be a SAHM but I would want to have the financial flexibility to go shopping, play gyms, etc. </p> <p>I think I would also love to work like 30 hours a week. I like the idea of having baby with you at work though! I need the structure of work. I just wish I could take lo with me to work and have someone watch her there. That would be the best of both worlds.
